The full deposition of APD Captain Oscar Jordan, dated December 19, 1967. Jordan worked with the Crime Prevention Bureau, which engaged in community relations and crime prevention, especially with juveniles. He outlined his experience with the riot, especially the June 18th arrest of Stokely Carmichael, as well as his belief in the value of the anti-riot neighborhood Youth Corps.
