An annotated memo to Isaac Hunt, Atlanta Field Team Leader, from Everett Waldo and Daniel Pearlman, detailing an interview with Emory Legal Services lawyer Randy Jackson, dated October 24, 1967. Jackson detailed the poor relations between police and community leaders, issues with the local court system in regards to residents and Justice Department VISTA volunteers, and a new program which put senior Emory Law student volunteers in lower-income neighborhoods in an effort to increase legal options for residents.
