Letter to Chief Jenkins from John K. Scales (February 14)

A letter from John Scales to Chief Jenkins, thanking him for sending the pamphlet “Without a Handful of Rocks” two days prior and returning the document. Scales, a Quaker, was a lawyer who worked with the Senate Labour subcommittee Republicans and on the Kerner Commission.
