Letter from Herbert Jenkins to David Ginsburg with report by Atlanta police officers Early and Graham (February 29)

A letter, dated February 29, 1967, to Kerner Commission executive director David Ginsburg, from Police Chief/Commission member Herbert Jenkins. Jenkins expressed his admiration for the Commission team and attached a report by two black detectives to APD lieutenant J.R. Shattles which detailed the movements of Stokely Carmichael, as well as a speech he gave at Morehouse College on February 28th.
