Multiple memos to Isaac Hunt regarding Ivan Allen

A pair of annotated memos to Isaac Hunt, Atlanta Field Team Leader, evaluating Atlanta Mayor Ivan Allen in October of 1967. Allen discusses city efforts towards different civil rights groups, community/economic programs, outside conservative pressures, and civic institutions. The general assessment of the Commission team is that while Allen may personally care about the current condition of black Atlantans, his view is paternalistic and poorly-informed, with his office putting politically pragmatic public relations efforts over concrete results.
